Booking
How do I book a court?
Tap Book on the top nav, pick your date, start time and duration, then pay online. Your confirmation and QR code arrive instantly by SMS and on your dashboard.
How far in advance can I book?
Courts open for booking 30 days ahead. Peak evening slots go quickly, so book early in the week if you play after 6 PM.
Can I book multiple slots?
Yes. Pick a longer duration in one booking, or complete separate bookings for different days. Consecutive slots on the same court are held together during checkout.
What if my group is more than 4 players?
A single court comfortably seats 4 players in play. For larger groups, book two courts side by side or call the venue and we will arrange a rotation.
Can I book without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout only needs your name and phone number. Create an account later with the same number and your past bookings appear automatically.
Can I book on WhatsApp or phone?
Call or message us on +91 81063 09567 and our team will hold a slot for you. Online booking is faster and confirms instantly.
Can I reschedule my slot?
Yes. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your slot from My Bookings. Inside 24 hours, call the venue and we will do what we can.
What happens if it rains?
Play carries on. Our courts are covered and lit, so weather does not cancel your slot.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets, handled through our secure payment gateway.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments run through a PCI compliant gateway. SCAVA never sees or stores your card or UPI credentials.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot for a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before play. Inside 24 hours the slot is non refundable because the court cannot be rebooked in time.
Do I get a receipt?
Every paid booking generates a receipt on your booking detail page, and a copy is sent by SMS with your booking code.
Can I pay at the venue?
Court slots are paid online at booking. Cafe orders can be paid at the counter or at your table.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds land back on your original payment method in 5 to 7 business days.
Membership
What memberships are available?
Monthly and quarterly plans covering court hours, guest passes and cafe benefits. See the Memberships page for current pricing.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Members can pause once per cycle for up to 30 days. Message us from the account you signed up with and we will freeze the plan.
Do members get discounts on cafe?
Members get a standing discount on the cafe menu and priority on courtside service once it launches.
Are memberships transferable?
Memberships are personal and not transferable, though every plan includes guest passes so you can bring friends along.
What is the referral program?
Share your referral code from the referrals page. When a friend completes their first paid booking, you both receive court credit.
Coaching
Do you offer coaching for beginners?
Yes. Our beginner clinics start from the grip and serve, and most players are rallying within the first session.
Are there junior programs?
Junior batches run on weekend mornings for ages 8 to 16, with smaller groups and lighter paddles.
Can I book private coaching?
One to one and two to one sessions are available. Add a coach during checkout or ask at the counter for a schedule.
What is included in group clinics?
A 90 minute session with a certified coach, drills, match play and paddles if you need them. Maximum 6 players per coach.
Are equipment included in coaching?
Yes. Paddles and balls are provided for all coaching sessions. Bring non marking shoes and water.
How many players per group clinic?
Six players maximum per coach so everyone gets real reps and real feedback.
Cafe
Do I need to book to eat at the cafe?
No booking needed. Walk in any day between 11 AM and 11 PM. Larger groups can call ahead and we will keep a table.
Can I order food to my court?
Courtside delivery is coming soon. Join the waitlist on the Cafe page and we will tell you the day it goes live.
Are vegetarian options available?
Plenty. Most of the menu is vegetarian and every item is marked with the standard veg and non veg indicator.
Do you have kids menu?
Yes. Smaller portions, milder spice and a short list of favourites for younger guests. Ask the team for the kids card.
Is dine-in available?
Yes. Dine in, takeaway and QR ordering at your table are all available through the day.
Do you serve breakfast all day?
Breakfast specials run until 11:30 AM. After that the all day menu takes over.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes. Ask for oat milk on any coffee and look for the plant based marks on the menu.
Facility
Is there parking?
Covered parking for two wheelers and four wheelers on site, free for all guests.
Are showers available?
Changing rooms with showers, lockers and fresh towels are open through court hours, 4 PM to 11 PM.
Can I bring my own paddle?
Absolutely. Bring your own gear, or use our complimentary rental paddles and balls.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Three outdoor courts on a premium synthetic surface, fully floodlit for evening and night play.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The cafe, restrooms and court viewing areas are step free and wheelchair accessible.
Do you have paddles for rent?
Yes. Rs. 50 per paddle. Add them when you book, or ask at check-in.
What are your opening hours?
The pickleball courts are open every day from 4 PM to 11 PM. The last court session starts at 10:30 PM. The cafe is open every day from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Is there seating for people who are not playing?
Yes. The cafe deck looks straight onto the courts, so your crew can watch with a coffee in hand.
Etiquette
What should I wear?
Comfortable sportswear and non marking court shoes. Bring a change of clothes if you plan to stay for coffee.
Non-marking shoes required?
Yes. Non marking soles protect the court surface and are required on all three courts.
Rules of pickleball at SCAVA?
Standard pickleball rules apply. Keep to your booked slot, clear the court promptly at the end, and keep the volume friendly for neighbouring courts.
Photography and videography policy?
Personal photos and phone video are welcome. Commercial shoots, tripods and drones need prior permission from the venue.
Alcohol policy?
SCAVA is an alcohol free venue. Outside alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
