Brewed with intent.

We buy small lots from Indian estates that pick ripe and process with care. Every bag is roasted for the way we brew it, then rested until it tastes the way we want it to pour.

Espresso is dialled twice a day. Filter runs on a recipe our baristas can repeat at 7am and at 9pm. Nothing sits long enough to go flat.

The kitchen works the same way. Short menu, honest portions, produce bought that morning. Food that fits between two games and still feels like a proper meal.
