We want your experience at SCAVA to be stress-free. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot are not eligible for a refund, as it becomes difficult for us to rebook the court on short notice.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you do not show up for your booked slot without prior cancellation, the booking amount will be forfeited.
In the rare event that SCAVA needs to cancel your booking due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or a free reschedule at your preference.
